With this in mind we are proud to present our innovative new door which marks a new step for our high speed door range.
The Alimax door is a specially designed washable door for the food production and processing industry.

Features
Throughout the design process it has been ensured that the Alimax Door is compatible with:

The Alimax door has a compact structure composed from a reinforced composite material to avoid the rust and oxidisation that can occur with other metal doors that require daily washing.
The electronic control panel is fully programmable and is sealed and protected against water jets from any direction.
The motor is a built-in ventilated tubular motor allowing a high opening speed up to 1.5 m/s.
The self-repairing curtain means that even if the curtain gets hit one operation will automatically fix the curtain so no time is lost with a door out of commission.
A deform-able safety edge means that you get a perfect seal every time.
Construction
The elements in the composite material the door frame is made of are composed of a thermosetting polyester resin with longitudinal reinforcement in fibreglass and diagonal reinforcement in fibreglass fabric. What this means is that not only is the door water repellent and more resistant to corrosion than stainless steel, but it has a higher elastic absorption (6 times greater than stainless steel).
Rounded and open extruded composite profiles avoid the sharp edges which can lead to dirt accumulation and water stagnation.
